(Except with pink flowers, instead of yellow)Jacob and I both loved it because it's simple, classy, and elegant. I just hope it's not too boring. We're thinking chocolate cake with raspberry filling, plus some other yumminess. I want Funfetti, but my momma says I can't have Funfetti for my wedding... BOO. Anywho... Thoughts? Opinions? I know y'all read my blog, so now it's about time to start chiming in! :) While you're commenting away, does anyone know what those flowers are called?

The flowers look like rinuculas. They are a spring bulb and come in many colors.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the cake, chocolate and raspberry filling sounds like heaven!!!!!!!!!!! I'm a fan of chocolate fountains too... but maybe i am just fantasizing about my wedding... hahah

I think the cake is really cute! I like that is simple and elegant. I also liked your idea of cupcakes but maybe that goes in the same category as funfetti.
Ranunculus is right, I believe. Also, ranunculus was Grandma's favorite flower - so that might be a lovely choice.
I think the cake is beautiful. Though funfetti would be cool. Just tell Auntie Melly (as Henry calls her) to cool down. But seriously, maybe you could use the old southern custom of having a "groom's cake" and that could be funfetti?
