No wedding chores today. What a RELIEF! The Blue Devils were in town for a show at UCSB, so we spent all day at rehearsal, got to hang out with a bunch of old friends, and then saw their rehearsal and show. Drum Corps is definitely a unique and wonderful world! We were talking about whether our children would want to do it one day, and how cool it would be for them to march Blue Devils.
At this time next week, Bren and I will be having a slumber party at our studio, trying to fall asleep for the big day! I honestly can't believe we're a week away. What the heck. Where did the time go! I can't believe it's almost here.
It doesn't seem real yet. I can't wait to marry my best friend. Will someone pinch me? How did I get so lucky?
