I know it's tradition to have throw-a-way cameras on the tables at the wedding, but now that everyone has digital cameras, I wanted a better way to get snapshops from friends and family post-wedding! We considered renting digital cameras (which, believe it or not, is a possibility! How ingenious!), but that was uber expensive.
When I came across the idea of creating business card sized notes for each guest on Weddingbee, I knew I had found the solution! I figure we'll have them at the wedding, at the showers, and include them in Thank You notes (is that tacky? I can't decide), in hopes that we'll get as many pictures as possible. By using flickr, guests can not only download full-resolution images from other people, but everyone can also order a variety of photo related products (prints, books, the ever-so-popular coffee mug and mouse pad). So, if you just can't live without that awesome picture of Aunt Betty cutting a rug to Stevie Wonder, it's all yours in it's full resolution glory!
