I totally missed the official 100 day countdown because my mom and I were in DC and Boston, checking out Harvard (LOVED it! Now let's hope the financial aid office loves me!). Anyway, we're at 95 days, 23 hours, 30 minutes, and 45 seconds... WOO HOO!!
These last few months are really flying by. I have another bridal shower this weekend for my side of the family, then spring break, then a bridal shower for Jacob's side of the family, then Lauren and Matt's wedding, then finals, then packing... and then GRADUATION and MOVING! I can't believe we're approaching the end of our time here in SLO. As much as I loved Boston, I am sad to leave SLO and our first house that we had together. I think we've found some nice people to rent it and take care of it, since we can't sell right now. We spent last weekend finishing up the last few projects that we had on our list, and we took a few minutes to reflect on how far we've come here... let's see, new floors, new paint, new bathrooms, new doors, and lots of mini projects. I mean, when we bought it, one bedroom was gray and black, one was burgandy and taupe, the living room had a brown and red wall, and the rest of the walls were baby-poop yellow. GROSS! I am so proud of everything that we've done, and I will miss our first home :(.
I still can't believe we're officially in double-digit days. Crazy!
