Rehearsal Dinner Design

I finally finished my finals tonight and was going through my backlog of blogs in Google Reader and found this wonderful inspiration:

It's perfect! A way to tie in the beachy-ness of Santa Barbara in our rehearsal dinner (since we can't in our wedding without clashing with the beautiful Spanish adobe that is our venue) while keeping it casual and chic. Since we're making our rehearsal dinner a "welcome dinner" for all of our family and bridal party, we're planning on having over 100 people- practically another wedding! We're going with a casual BBQ (Kerry and Dad will be cooking- get excited!) so I was looking for a way to dress the park up a bit, but on a budget! I think it's perfect! Manning Park has 4 rows of picnic tables (32 feet each row) so I'm envisoning:

White table cloths (paper linen) and burlap runners:
White flowers from Fifty Flowers
Seaglass and candles sprinkled down the tables.

My latest invitation mockup (except they will have real seastars... just don't tell Jacob).
We got the go to have our rehearsal at 9:30 am on Friday, so we'll have plenty of time to do some set-up and the cooking on our own. Do you have any other ideas on how we can tie in a beach theme?

(Side note... It's my 100th post!)

Came across your blog today and I love it. Especially the name. That is me and my fiance's unofficial song. I am adding you to my blog roll!
